About…

After years of travelling I returned to the UK to be formally trained at Leiths School of food and wine in London. Following stages at Racine in Knightsbridge of Henry Harris and Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, I fell in love with Cornwall. Working summer seasons at the well-known Porthmeor café in St Ives, and at a high-end chalet in the French Alps throughout winter catering for professional sportsmen, politicians and Royal Family.

Also with a successful stint in charge being a part of the re-opening of the Tate Gallery St Ives, and most recently running a country dining pub, within months at the helm being included in The AA Pub Guide 2019 voted as one of the top 18 Dining pubs in Cornwall.

During this time I have been ambitious with my own personal goals, entering competitions to great success. Reaching the Finals of both The National Chef of the Year 2020 and 2019, also The Southwest Chef of the year 2018.

Now with a young family it was time to combine these years of experience as a platform to build a business which allows me to be as flexible and creative as possible, with some exciting ‘pop up’ events planned for 2021.
